This year, Martin Hayes, Chef of Bloom Restaurant in Portlaoise will also be running cookery demonstrations, using local Laois produce. You can catch Martin at the following times:
2.00pm – 2.30pm
3.30pm – 4.00pm

There is lots of activities to keep adults and kids entertained at Buds & Blossoms! From kids activities, face painting, balloon modelling and clown for the kids to music, dining and local produce market for the adults.
